Position Objective

The Sales Lead supports Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, ensuring that our values and guiding principles guide all store operations, from outstanding customer experience to maximum profitability. Drive for Results

Establish and communicate clear expectations, holding the store team and the Lead accountable for brand, performance, and behavior standards. Perform core operational duties such as opening/closing, merchandise flow, inventory receipt, and cash reconciliation. Supervise associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service, ensuring proper floor coverage via weekly schedules. Keep current with sales and promotions, presenting and displaying merchandise accordingly. Uphold standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other directed duties. Develop a high‑performance culture, motivating the team to meet sales and productivity goals; achieve personal sales targets. Train and coach the selling team on product knowledge across all platforms. Assist in online fulfillment and sales encouragement. Build High Performing Teams

Motivate and inspire the store team, promoting a shared vision while modeling core values. Encourage inclusive, collaborative problem‑solving. Communicate with store teams and Store Management to lead positive change. Seek personal development and solicit feedback to build leadership skills. Customer Experience

Model, teach, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles for a cohesive omni‑channel experience. Use various techniques to communicate product knowledge, recommend selections, and locate or obtain merchandise. Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobe consulting. Resolve customer concerns promptly. Ensure a fast, efficient register experience, staying current on payment policies, coupon acceptance, returns, exchanges, security practices, and other operations. Maintain consistent client communication through the customer book, rewards program, and capture sign‑ups. Talent

Support, implement, and follow up on all training programs, seminars, etc. Assist in associate development, interpret KPI reports, deliver coaching, and provide feedback for performance appraisals. Drive associate and team engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance. Ensure adherence to all employment practices and policies. Other duties as assigned. The position may be found in multiple brands; some duties may vary from brand to brand. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Excellent verbal, written, and customer service communication skills. Ability to learn and adapt to company technology. Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Regular attendance is essential to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives; flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
