Base pay range $70.00/hr - $80.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) module tailored to port operations.
Collaborate with port engineering, facilities, and IT teams to gather and analyze maintenance and asset management requirements.
Configure PM components including equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance plans, work orders, notifications, and task lists.
Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as MM, FI, and Asset Management.
Support data migration from legacy systems and validate data integrity.
Conduct workshops, blueprinting, gap analysis, and functional design documentation.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go‑live support.
Ensure compliance with public sector procurement and maintenance standards.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements post‑implementation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of SAP PM experience, including 2+ years in S/4HANA.
Experience with public sector or port authority operations preferred.
Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and mobile maintenance solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work onsite at the Port of San Diego as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GIS integration and asset tracking.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
Prior experience with marine or transportation infrastructure.
PMP or SAP certification in PM or EAM modules.
