Overview
We are hiring for our client! A leading supplier of reliability test equipment and services company is seeking a versatile and experienced individual to join our dynamic team in a dual role as an Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various hands‑on accounting activities, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in processing day‑to‑day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other general ledger maintenance.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate and assist in the quarterly audit process.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in a high‑tech or international environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
Proficient in ADP Work Force, accounting software, and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
