This multinational chain is seeking a Demand Planner with strong Excel skills. If supply chain is your passion and you're looking to grow your career, this could be the role for you! In this role, you'll create accurate demand plans to support customer service targets while balancing inventory fiscal responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in demand planning and forecasting within the supply chain. Demand Planner Responsibilities:

Forecasting & Planning Create and update demand plans to support promotions, new products, and product phase-outs. Build demand plans when sales or category inputs are unavailable to maintain supply and service levels. Adjust forecasts based on consumption trends, backlog, and supply constraints. Analysis & Reporting Compare demand forecasts with business and financial plans to identify and close gaps. Track and report forecast accuracy; analyze variances and identify root causes. Recommend actions to improve forecasting accuracy and reliability. Operations Planning (S&OP) Support and facilitate S&OP meetings and processes across departments. Align demand forecasts with overall business objectives and supply chain strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Use sales, marketing, and finance data (including confidential information) to refine forecasts. Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and operations teams to ensure demand plans support customer needs. Demand Planner Qualifications:

3+ years of supply chain, demand planning, and forecasting experience. Strong Excel skills and experience in Demand Planning Systems (O9, SAP, blueYonder), Sigma, or Tableau are a plus. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required. Seniority level
