Overview Join our dedicated Surgical Services team at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital where we deliver comprehensive surgical care in four operating rooms, including a dedicated C‑section suite. Annually, we perform approximately 2000 cases across general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, orthopedic trauma, C‑sections, and various endoscopy procedures. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate nursing activities within Surgical Services.
Collaborate with surgical staff to provide high‑standard patient care.
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, or MSN/MBA/MHA.
Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience and three (3) years of nursing leadership experience within Surgical Services.
Current California RN license (or ability to obtain one in California).
