The Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our B2B platform for real estate owners and operators. In this role, you will define and drive platform capabilities that enhance our ability to sell to, service, and retain our largest enterprise customers.
What You’ll Do
Develop and champion the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics to win across the Enterprise segment, aligning with company goals and customer needs
Lead a full-stack development team to ship exceptional user experiences with speed and impact through the end-to-end product development lifecycle
Gain deep understanding of customer pain points and market dynamics through user research, data analysis, and competitive research to inform product improvements
Communicate product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and decisions effectively to a wide range of audiences, from cross-functional partners to executive leadership
Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation, learning, and creative problem-solving across the product and engineering teams
Create clear, concise product documentation—including PRDs, briefs, and updates—to align stakeholders and ensure transparency across teams
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of relevant product management experience, ideally focused on engagement, growth, or monetization in B2B SaaS and/or fintech/proptech industries
Strong ability and curiosity to solve complex problems and build trust across multiple stakeholders and customers
Outstanding leadership skills to inspire and guide large, cross-functional outcomes across the company
Analytical mindset with ability to distill complex data to make decisions that generate business impact
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup or ambiguous environment
Experience working in an agile and highly iterative, collaborative environment
Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to present across a range of audiences

Base Salary The base salary range is between $150,000 - $180,000 annually.
