In a dynamic environment you will play a central role in increasing intive’s market share among existing and new customers in Central Europe. As an expert in selling tailor‑made design and software solutions in eCommerce, retail and mobility, you will help us scale intive in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities
Delight new customers and support marketing initiatives.
Develop account strategies for new and existing customers.
Conduct presentations and negotiations with customers.
Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide accurate sales forecasts (Salesforce).
Enjoy time with colleagues after work and at the PlayStation.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
Considered a hunter with proven experience selling tailor‑made software solutions.
Proven track record of acquiring and expanding new customers.
Ideally a broad network in retail, industry/engineering, eCommerce, consumer goods or mobility.
Proven experience in project sales with seven‑figure annual volumes.
Familiar with creating tailor‑made presentations, pitching at the customer and negotiating contracts.
Fluent in German and English (min. C1).
Ready to travel 1–2 days per month.
