As a member of the Executive Leadership team, the VP of Branch Operations will assume ultimate responsibility for all credit union branch operations, ensuring full adherence to policies and procedures and delivering exceptional member service excellence. The role focuses on sales, service, operations, member concerns, human resources, and financial goals. Key Responsibilities

Lead a sales culture, coaching branch staff on member needs and cross‑sell opportunities. Drive branch loan, deposit, and revenue goals for a group of branches and monitor operating results relative to executive team objectives. Manage daily branch procedures, sales initiatives, and staff performance, providing mentoring and career development. Oversee branch activity metrics: teller volume, errors, cash ordering, ATM balancing, vault security, and balance management. Collaborate with Business Development to develop operational procedures maximizing efficiency and quality service. Conduct hiring, progressive discipline, performance evaluation approvals, and staff development for Branch Managers and their teams. Assist in resolving complex member complaints and monitoring branch activity to recommend policies and programs. Qualifications

Ten years or more of related experience, including seven years in a management role within a financial institution/banking environment. Two‑year college degree or completion of specialized certification/training (or equivalent experience). Experience & Skills

Proven leadership of branch operations, sales, and customer service. Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development capabilities. Experience in data analysis, budgeting, and problem‑solving to drive operational results. Effective communication across all organizational levels. Some travel required to branch locations. Base salary $111,935 – $125,000 annually (dependent on experience). Employer paid health insurance premium (99.9% coverage). Fully funded deductible, 401(k) employer matching.
