Base pay range: $155,000 - $217,000 per year.

About the Team Our Corporate Functions support Expedia Group. This role sits in the Traveler Marketing Finance team and plays a key strategic role in the Traveler Division.
Make an Impact As a Senior Growth Analytics & Investment Planning Manager you will optimize marketing investment decisions and capital allocation across brands, markets, and channels.
In This Role, You Will
Support the Brand Marketing VP in the capital allocation process, identify opportunities, model impact, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Use analytical expertise to assess performance across traffic, conversion, and financial metrics, quantify opportunities, and drive actionable insights.
Combine analytical rigor with marketing expertise to shape strategic recommendations and embed performance tracking strategies.
Lead investment recommendations balancing short‑term performance optimization with long‑term brand and business growth strategies.
Develop and apply financial models to forecast impact, evaluate performance trends, and inform data‑driven decision‑making.
Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling business narratives that influence senior leadership.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across Brand, Marketing, and Marketing Analytics to ensure a data‑driven approach to investment prioritization.
Navigate ambiguity with confidence, adapt to a fast‑paced environment, and drive strategic projects that support organizational goals.
Experience and Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Trading, or highly analytical environments focused on data‑driven decision‑making.
Deep understanding of marketing investment strategy across Performance, Brand, and Customer Marketing channels.
Proven ability to drive business outcomes through financial modeling, investment prioritization, and strategic financial planning.
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on experience in scenario modeling, performance tracking, and advanced data analysis.
Strong ability to influence senior leadership through storytelling and translating complex data into actionable decisions.
Team player able to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams at different levels.
Excels in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, demonstrating resilience and data‑driven decision‑making in time‑sensitive situations.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
This role is available only in Seattle. Employees must be in‑office at least three days a week. We are unable to offer relocation assistance.
Pay range for this position in Seattle is $155,000 to $217,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase pay up to $248,000 based on performance.
