Job Overview Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior UX Designer for a temporary hybrid role in Middlesex County, MA. The role focuses on creating digital experiences across web and cross‑platform tools, including onboarding flows, portals, and dashboards. You will lead end‑to‑end projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and specifications using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, Confluence, and Jira.
Compensation: $90/hour. Location: Middlesex County, MA. Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
Lead discovery, strategy, and execution of digital experiences across web, mobile, and cross‑platform solutions.
Prioritize user needs, integrate research insights, and ensure compliance with accessibility, usability, and FDA guidance.
Develop prototypes, flows, and design specifications using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro, and other modern tools.
Partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, and CX teams in agile environments to align strategy and delivery.
Contribute to design system evolution, unify experiences across platforms, and mentor designers to strengthen UX culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human‑Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
5-8 years in UX or product design with a track record of delivering customer‑focused digital products across web, mobile, and portal platforms.
Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and agile tools (Miro, Confluence, Jira) with advanced prototyping expertise.
Strong understanding of human‑centered design, accessibility, responsive design, and regulated industry workflows; healthcare or diabetes design experience preferred.
Strategic thinker with strong communication and problem‑solving skills, able to align teams and excel in fast‑paced environments.
