Regional Business Director (Tampa, FL) Johnson and Johnson, MedTech Electrophysiology
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Regional Business Director to lead our Electrophysiology channel in Tampa, Florida.
We empower healthcare innovation to deliver breakthroughs across the continuum of medical device and medtech solutions, improving outcomes for patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the Electrophysiology commercial strategy by managing sales, clinical and field teams to achieve profitable growth.
Drive top‑line regional sales results by setting and managing monthly and annual sales objectives.
Meet and exceed sales targets for the region, provide accurate forecasts and develop tactical sales plans.
Manage the regional budget and budgetary performance of the team.
Coach and manage the performance of regional pods, including Territory Managers, Clinical Account Specialists and Ultrasound Specialists.
Implement commercial, field training and marketing strategies and tactics within the region.
Recruit, develop and retain regional talent through performance management and succession planning.
Build strong customer relationships with key clinical and commercial stakeholders.
Participate as an active member of the US Sales & Field Services leadership team to execute global and national strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in the medical device industry.
Minimum of 3 years of sales or marketing experience in the US medical device industry or 2 years of prior sales management experience in the cardiovascular industry.
Minimum of 2 years of business experience in cardiac electrophysiology.
Experience as a field trainer or project leadership is preferred.
Valid US driver’s license and capacity to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
