We are working with LVI Associates, a leading consulting firm with offices all over the US and over three decades of specialized experience in building envelope systems.
Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Location Greenville, SC
Responsibilities
Deliver innovative, high-quality consulting services in building envelope design and assessment
Respond promptly and effectively to client needs
Oversee field teams and construction activities to ensure top-tier project execution
Conduct both destructive and non-destructive investigations and recommend appropriate solutions
Perform site inspections and evaluations related to roofing and construction concerns
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
Cultivate new client relationships while supporting ongoing facility management and construction projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
8+ years of experience in architectural/engineering consulting or construction
Professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC), or Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Comfortable working in active construction environments, including climbing ladders and navigating building exteriors in various weather conditions
Proficient in using hand tools and equipment for investigative work
