Employer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare employers (hospitals, clinics, providers) to secure opportunities. Serve as the main point of contact for employers and address their needs with the placement process.
Client Assessment and Career Matching: Assess youth participants\' skills and interests; match to appropriate opportunities with growth potential and healthcare experience; provide career preparation and trainings as needed.
Job Coaching and Support: Provide job readiness coaching and ongoing support before, during, and after placement; assist with resumes, interview preparation, and workplace expectations.
Partnership Building: Develop partnerships with healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and community resources to create sustainable employment pipelines.
