Lewis Brisbois
The Seattle, WA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to work in the Conflicts Department within the Office of General Counsel. The role will review conflict check reports, identify, advise, analyze and resolve potential conflicts of interest, and work directly with attorneys to clear conflicts related to the hiring of new partners, associates, paralegals and other firm hires. There are no billable hour requirements for this position.

Work directly with attorneys to clear conflicts related to the hiring of new partners, associates, paralegals and other firm hires.
Ensure new hires are compliant with the Firm’s conflicts and risk management policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree (JD) and active member of the Washington State Bar in good standing.
3-10 years of experience as a lateral Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm setting with demonstrated research and complex problem‑solving skills, or at least 3 years of experience as a general Conflicts Attorney with one year of experience related to the clearance of lateral hires.
Familiarity with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Close attention to detail, collaborative team member, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Experience with LawTime and/or Aderant is preferred, though not required.
Compensation USD $110,000.00/Yr – USD $140,000.00/Yr.
