Position Summary This role plays an integral part in ensuring that Surge Energy’s revenue and land systems operate with accuracy and efficiency—directly enabling sound financial decisions and supporting our mission of operational excellence. The ERP Analyst will act as a trusted partner between business users and technology, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Work closely with Surge Quorum ERP business users for Revenue, Division Order, Production, Accounting and Land to support business needs, solve operational issues, generate reports and/or extract data.

Provide support to Surge Quorum ERP business users on applications with integrations into the Quorum ERP.

Develop effective working relationships to explain technical concepts in simple, business terms.

Provide technical Quorum ERP guidance and training as required.

Participate in change management for the Quorum ERP application and related processes.

Monitor and participate in the creation of Quorum ERP automated jobs and data transformations.

Gather business unit requirements and translate them to technology solutions designed to create value, efficiency, minimize risk and ensure secure operations.

Prepare development progress updates and document Quorum ERP processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated experience with Quorum applications: Revenue (QRA), Division Order (QDO), Production (FIIAN), JIB (QCA), Accounting (QCFS), Land (QLS) and WellEZ with primary strength in Revenue (QRA) and Division Order (QDO).

Exposure to Quorum system administration for user security, configurations, patch planning.

Hands‑on experience with data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Spotfire).

Solid understanding of oil & gas upstream business processes and familiarity with accounting principles.

Progressive experience with IT support and partnership practices with strong emphasis on customer service and end‑user solutions.

Ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate with others effectively across the organization.

Strong organization and time management, multi‑tasking and running simultaneously while maintaining thoroughness and precision.

Strong track record of collaboration – supporting customers with patience and reliability.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of three (3) years’ experience with IT support of Quorum applications: Revenue (QRA), Division Order (QDO), Production (FIIAN), JIB (QCA), Accounting (QCFS), Land (QLS) and WellEZ – strong focus on QRA and QDO.

A Bachelor’s Degree or post‑secondary technical diploma in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related degree.

Must be proficient and understand user security configuration and administration in Quorum system administration.

Must be proficient and have hands‑on experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Spotfire, QQM, Power BI) – reviewing and writing SQL queries.

Solid understanding of oil & gas upstream business processes and familiarity with accounting principles is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of progressive IT experience with support and implementation of Quorum applications and proven expertise in QRA and QDO specifically.

Experience with Spotfire is a plus.
