Functions:
Perform all work duties safely and promote Tyson safety culture.
Receive required training.
Perform other duties/positions as required or assigned.
Tasks:
Proficiency in multiple skill areas including electricity, electronics, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.
Perform troubleshooting and repair of machines and systems; assist with system specifications, installation, and modifications; provide technical support.
Apply knowledge of electronic devices such as industrial semiconductors, solid-state drives, and control systems.
Lead duties include managing emergency repairs, shift communication, and notifications.
Complete preventive maintenance evaluations, reviews, and risk assessments.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently.
Work in wet, humid, cold, and loud environments.
Requirements:
At least 12 months of continuous work with the same employer in the last 18 months.
3 years of related industrial maintenance experience.
Recent graduates or students must include education details.
Preferred: A.S. degree in Electronic Technology or related field.
Proficiency or willingness to learn SAP Maintenance.
Computer skills including Word and Excel preferred.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Extensive experience (3+ years) in electronics, microcomputers, electrical schematics, control systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Additional Notes:
Applicants considered for General Maintenance Lead roles.
Level (pay) determined during interview based on skills and experience.
Rehire restrictions: minimum 90 days, limited to 3 times.
