Supervising Electrical Engineer - CF

to join our team in

Dallas, TX office

where you will represent the firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members. You will supervise, coordinate, and assign various projects to be performed by the engineering team. Job Responsibilities

Act as the Engineer of Record on dedicated projects. Lead and supervise staff members as they perform their tasks. Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. Coordinate and assign various projects to be performed by the engineering team (system design and project engineering). Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. Manage construction administrative duties such as field reports, responses to RFIs, processing bulletins and addenda. Coordinate with accounting to prepare monthly project invoices and monitor project accounts receivable. Monitor all correspondence between staff, clients, contractors, owners, etc. Participate in and contribute to the firmwide Expert Teams committee. Prepare proposals and administer project contracts between Syska Hennessy Group and the client. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. 12+ years of experience working in a consulting firm; Senior level with a background in the MEP Engineering Industry. 3+ years of supervisory experience. Hands‑on design and CAD/REVIT experience. Current PE registration with a license in Texas. Healthcare design experience and experience with Critical Facilities, Commercial, and Aviation projects.
