Job Description Preferred locations include Denver, CO, Seattle, WA, Salt Lake City, UT, and Novato, CA. We are also willing to consider remote candidates. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No sponsorship is available for this position. Your key responsibilities will be:
Lead air quality dispersion modeling tasks using regulatory guideline models
Independently generate all aspects of model input data and review/diagnosis of model output data
Independently review and QA work generated by team members
Independent research and problem solving regarding state and federal modeling guidance
Develop modeling-related documents include modeling protocols, or reports, and summary of results
Development and maintenance of scripts to facilitate and expedite the generation of model inputs and outputs
About You
Minimum of a BS in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, Engineering or related science degree
5+ years of air quality modeling experience
Demonstrated experience with complex regulatory permit modeling
