Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

About Us Our client is a full-service construction company with four diverse business groups Civil, Paving, Building, and Industrial.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year strategic planning.

Build and maintain advanced financial models to assess investments, evaluate business performance, and test scenario outcomes.

Deliver clear, data-driven insights through executive reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Monitor core financial indicators, analyze variances, and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Partner with leadership to develop and refine annual budgets and recurring forecast cycles.

Perform profitability studies and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.

Contribute to monthly and quarterly close activities by providing detailed financial analysis and reporting.

Maintain data accuracy and alignment across financial systems and reports.

Continuously evaluate market trends and best practices to strengthen the company’s financial strategy and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools a plus.

Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Effective communicator capable of presenting complex information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.

Highly organized and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
