Junior Interior Designer – Residential Interiors

With projects ranging from whole-home renovations to highly detailed furnishing plans, they partner closely with clients who entrust them with their dream homes—and they approach that responsibility with passion, care, and integrity. We’re looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join our client’s collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the Principal and Lead Designer on high-end residential projects, gaining hands-on experience in all stages of the design process. Collaborate with the Principal and Lead Designer to develop plans and design concepts Source and select finishes, fixtures, lighting, hardware, and accessories Act as liaison with clients, contractors, and vendors on technical aspects of projects Produce and coordinate construction and design documents with accuracy and detail Review shop drawings and construction plans for precision and quality Manage schedules, deliverables, and ensure design reviews with the Principal at key stages Travel to job sites, design centers, and showrooms as needed Prepare polished presentation materials for client meetings Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture 3–5 years’ experience in residential design Strong technical knowledge of construction and detailing Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp (Houzz Pro, Chief Architect, Revit, and rendering skills are a plus) Knowledge of FF&E, specifications, materials, and finish selections Familiarity with local and online showrooms, resources, and design trends Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based file systems Valid PA driver’s license The Culture & Team
