Job Summary Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is expanding its collaborative primary care team at the Kirkland Regional Medical Center. The position is 0.75–1.0 FTE with approximately 36 clinical patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE.

Team‑based primary care within one of four pods, each pod includes a consistent provider group and advanced practitioner support.

Integrative primary and behavioral health model with embedded pharmacists and behavioral health specialists.

Flexible schedule options to balance patient and provider needs.

Access to ancillary and specialty services through interprofessional consults and direct referrals.

Teaching opportunities: precept medical students and residents.

Professional development: lead clinic operations through quality, standard work, informatics, and education champion roles.

Innovative approaches: promote best practice standards and continuous improvement for patient and team experience.

Compensation Competitive model with incentives for quality: $314,000 – $345,000 per year.

Location Kirkland, Washington – regional medical center in desirable eastside suburb of Seattle.

Requirements

Board Certified and Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Medical professional license in Washington State.

DEA registration with full prescriptive authority needed for primary practice.
