Who We Are:

At Wayfair, the Enterprise organization provides the backbone for our business operations. Enterprise brings together critical functions such as Finance, Procurement, Talent, Legal & Compliance, Real Estate, and Corporate Affairs & Communications.

As a Co-op embedded in Enterprise, you will operate at the intersection of finance and procurement, working on a cross-functional project that spans multiple areas. This role will give you exposure to how diverse groups partner to support Wayfair’s strategic priorities, leverage tech solutions, streamline processes, and optimize the way we enable the rest of the company to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

Take ownership of a flagship Spring 2026 project: the Tools & Technology Mapping Narrative.

Goal: Empower strategic decision-making on software purchases through comprehensive mapping of functional needs across Wayfair.

Outcome:

Map each functional vertical (e.g., Finance, Talent, Marketing, Customer Service) on their key activities and attach to these the tech-enabled solutions in place (external software, homegrown software, or manual/blank space).

Analyze and map capabilities across the existing software portfolio, benchmarking against full provider offerings to identify overlaps, gaps, expansion opportunities, and areas to scale current contracts.

Partner with Procurement leadership to synthesize findings into clear, data-driven recommendations that prioritize the highest ROI opportunities and inform long-term vendor and contract strategy.

Roadmap: Engage with each functional area, conduct interviews, map processes, align with stakeholders, and progress sequentially across the organization.

Stakeholders: Project sponsors are the Head of Procurement and the Head of FP&A. Oversight from FP&A Software Planning Lead and Procurement Software Purchase Leads. Stakeholders include mid-to-senior leaders across the business.

Develop in a hands-on learning environment with regular feedback, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Need:

Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Math, Physics, Chemistry, or related discipline.

3.0 GPA minimum.

Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the Co-op.

Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future. Visa sponsorship includes the following work visas: STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.

Preferred Qualifications:

Interest in SaaS products, technology applications, process optimization, change management, consulting, and streamlining.
