Senior Contracts Manager

Location: Chantilly, VA (Remote flexibility for SCIF access)
Overview: CACI seeks a senior-level Contracts professional to support the Intelligence Community and other customers across multiple Lines of Business. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of contract types, providing contractual guidance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contractual authority for a portfolio of contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies.
Manage all aspects of contract performance including funding, deliverables, and reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate contract documentation, system updates, and correspondence with customers.
Provide contractual guidance to Line of Business Leadership and Program Managers on contractual risks, negotiation positions, and business solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Review and negotiate terms and conditions, business agreements, and pricing.
Support proposal development by reviewing RFPs, identifying terms and conditions requiring clarification, negotiation, or risk mitigation, and developing contractual assumptions.
Perform risk assessments, OCI screenings, recommend and implement mitigation approaches.
Actively participate in internal program reviews and client meetings (on-site and off-site). Travel to MD for monthly client meetings is required.
Work independently on larger projects/assignments to include proposals and contracts with various degrees of complexity.
Proactively advise leadership of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating government contracts.
A demonstrated understanding and strong working knowledge of U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Adept at contract analysis.
The aptitude to work on diverse contractual issues simultaneously.
The ability to frame, draft, and negotiate agreements.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to ensuring all deadlines are met on time and with a high degree of quality.
The skill to be persuasive while maintaining a positive customer and/or teammate relationship.
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and/or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) (Desired).
Compensation: $56,000.00-$72,000.00 (typical for current openings).
