About The Role As the Enablement Specialist, you’ll be a key player on our Revenue Enablement team, focused on onboarding, ongoing development, and strategic enablement for both Partner Managers and front‑line Sales Leaders.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across functions to ensure our teams are set up for success—from day one and beyond.

What You’ll Get to Do

Partner Manager Enablement (Internal Focus)

– Lead onboarding and everboarding for all internal Partner Managers across GSI and ISV partnerships. Act as the go‑to expert on Partnerships, helping the broader Sales team understand how to engage and co‑sell with partners. Ensure field‑facing Partner Managers are fully up to speed on key updates—partner programs, incentives, solution tiers, tools, and more. Own partner program readiness from the internal lens—ensuring GTM alignment and seamless internal execution.

Bridge Between Internal & External Enablement

– Collaborate with the external Partner Enablement Manager to align messaging across sales and partner channels. Ensure that relevant enablement content (e.g., case studies, positioning updates, competitive insights) is consistent and actionable for both internal teams and external partners.

Regional Enablement – US Sales Teams

– Lead new hire onboarding for all US‑based Sales team members. Manage the full ramp experience—from initial training to certification—while aligning with global onboarding standards. Deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience that sets new hires up for long‑term success.

Sales Manager Enablement

– Build and launch Whatfix’s first Sales Manager Enablement Program. Help front‑line managers understand their role, define what “great” looks like, and learn how to develop high‑performing teams. Develop a scalable, repeatable Sales Manager Playbook.

Drive Sales Coaching Culture

– Drive a strong coaching culture by equipping front‑line managers with clear, actionable frameworks for opportunity reviews, forecast accuracy, and deal progression planning. Partner with RevOps to ensure all programs are measurable and outcome‑driven.
