Vice President of Marketing

will lead the overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution across a diverse portfolio of brands and product categories. As a key member of the executive team, this leader will be responsible for driving consumer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth through integrated marketing, innovation, and strategic partnerships. This role requires a

The ideal candidate brings a blend of creativity, commercial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration experience within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute multi-year marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth goals. Define brand positioning, portfolio architecture, and go-to-market strategies across retail, foodservice, and eCommerce channels. Champion a data- and insights-led approach to marketing, fostering innovation and measurable impact. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Operations to ensure brand and business alignment across all key initiatives. Brand & Campaign Management Lead the evolution of brand identity and creative strategy across multiple categories and product lines. Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, shopper, influencer, and traditional media channels. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints. Digital & eCommerce Drive digital and performance marketing efforts focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance eCommerce growth across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and DTC sites. Lead the optimization of paid and organic digital media to maximize ROI and conversion. Collaborate with R&D and Sales to develop a robust innovation pipeline and identify whitespace opportunities. Utilize consumer insights, syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, SPINS), and trend analysis to inform product and marketing strategies. Translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives that drive category and brand growth. Oversee the creation of compelling creative assets and storytelling that elevate brand equity. Lead packaging design, sales enablement tools, and digital content development. Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure creative excellence and on-brand execution. Team & Budget Management Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team with a focus on innovation, accountability, and results. Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and vendor partnerships for maximum efficiency. Establish clear KPIs to measure performance, ensuring continuous optimization and improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within CPG, preferably food or beverage. Demonstrated success in developing brand, digital, and innovation strategies that drive measurable growth. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical and strategic mindset with fluency in syndicated data and performance metrics. Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience Experience with DTC and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon). Familiarity with influencer and content marketing strategies. Background in both consumer and B2B/foodservice channels. Seniority level
