Construction Senior Project Manager (Jeffersonville, OH) - $20,000 Sign‑On Bonus Join Superior as a Senior Project Manager to drive electrical construction projects forward on site in Jeffersonville, Ohio.

Project Executive Compensation:

$135,000 - $170,000 + $20,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Lead project teams and provide clear communication to vendors, clients, and executives.

Mitigate project risk and elevate concerns quickly to leadership.

Maintain client trust through collaboration and rapid problem solving.

Oversee project finance: accurate billings, cost control, change‑order management, and cost‑to‑complete.

Ensure full project schedule compliance from kickoff to closeout.

Chair project meetings, including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers.

Coordinate with departments to ensure materials are available on site.

Own the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as needed.

Maintain a high degree of safety on the worksite.

Leader with effective customer and executive interfacing.

Skilled in motivating and mentoring junior colleagues.

Your Expertise

Required:

8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.

Bonus Points:

Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree or certificate.

Bonus Points:

Experience with design‑build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $50M+.

Bonus Points:

Extensive knowledge of construction management software.

Bonus Points:

Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
