Minimum 8+ years of SAP testing experience, with at least 2 full‑cycle upgrade or implementation projects.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, modules, and upgrade impacts.

Hands‑on experience with test management tools e.g., HP ALM, Jira, TOSCA, SAP Solution Manager.

Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting.

Experience in cross‑functional testing coordination across Finance, Logistics, Security, and Technical teams.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage onsite‑offshore testing teams and align deliverables.

ISTQB or equivalent testing certification preferred.
