Copy Center / Mailroom Associate – Seattle, WA. This critical role provides daily production support for POA’s on‑site Digital Imaging Copy, Print, and Mail operations. The associate maintains high client satisfaction by responding quickly and effectively to client needs while continually improving operations through analysis and implementation of best practices according to POA’s Standards of Operational Excellence. Job Duties
Provide outstanding customer service at all times. Commit to high‑quality copy and print production skills and competencies. Serve as liaison between POA and client administration. Explain all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules, and guarantees to clients. Maintain records and compliance on security and confidentiality of client materials. Keep the facility organized and meet quality standards at all times. Ensure confidentiality of all information accessed during the copy process. Orient client personnel to POA’s method of operation within the location. Display high ethical standards, integrity, work ethic, and loyalty. Scan, copy, and organize admission documents and save to a shared drive. Sort and deliver mail/packages to corresponding departments. Clean/organize/stock lunchroom and restroom when needed. Set up, tear down, and manage recycling bins in all conference rooms throughout the building. Requirements
Valid driver’s license. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. Knowledge of production print and finishing/bindery equipment preferred. Personable, articulate, and professional presentation in a professional setting. Ability to learn skills quickly. Flexibility and demonstrated ability to multi‑task a must. Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time. Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery. Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Schedule: Monday–Friday. Benefits
