About The Role As a Vice President, AI Training Data Services Business Leader, you will make an impact by managing the P&L for Cognizant’s newly formed AI Training Data Services group. You will be a valued member of the IOA Services team and work collaboratively with the larger Cognizant ecosystem and executives to define priorities and execution roadmaps to grow the AI Training Data Services group.

In This Role, You Will

Manage the P&L for AI Training Data Services Group at Cognizant upwards of $200M USD.

Define and lead Cognizant’s AI Training Data services strategy aligned to the overall business objectives.

Identify emerging trends and translate into new offerings. This includes identifying new partnerships with hyper-scalers and similar technology leaders.

Drive new business development by opening and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, while ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Lead analyst interaction to evangelize the service and establish our credentials given this is a relatively new service in the market.

Collaborate with executive leadership to define priorities and execution roadmaps.

Build and expand client relationships, ensure high quality delivery, and drive customer NPS.

Own alliance relations and partnerships with vendors to better business outcomes.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

20+ years of industry domain experience with at least 15+ years in account management and business development roles within the IT services industry.

Expertise in managing and owning large, multimillion-dollar P&L, upwards of $100M USD.

Global leadership management experience in both delivery offshore/nearshore.

Experience in Go-To-Market strategy and ensure high quality delivery.

Experience and knowledge of AI technologies.

These will help you succeed

Experience and knowledge of AI technologies.

Global delivery and Offshore/near shore team management.

Experience in managing large, extensive, global clients involving globally complex deals.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. Salary And Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until December 1, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $275,000- $330,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
