With over 1,500 clients and $80M subscription revenue in the Americas, our Client Success team is vital to ensuring partners continue to derive value from our data.

This is a hybrid position based in Chicago. This role partners with an Account Manager to support, retain, and grow some of our largest clients in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

Build usage, interest, and awareness of Mintel services with clients through training and research support, driving renewal rates and growth.

Co‑facilitate monthly or quarterly calls with clients to share insights and gather feedback on business objectives.

Provide timely and thorough responses to ad‑hoc client questions and research requests using Mintel tools and services.

Proactively curate and deliver analyst insights each week, ensuring alignment with clients’ business objectives.

Monitor client usage monthly, flag concerns to the Account Manager and co‑produce annual partnership reviews.

Operate as a knowledgeable expert in Mintel’s methodologies across food, beverage, beauty, and retail verticals.

Salary

The base salary range for this role is $54,000 USD to $67,000 USD.
