$85,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Details:
This is a great role for a newer attorney eager to build their litigation skills. You will handle insurance defense, creditors’ rights, and civil litigation matters, while gaining mentorship and hands‑on experience in a wide range of practice areas.
Responsibilities:
Support litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense and creditors’ rights
Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials under partner supervision
Assist in managing discovery and case strategy development
Provide proactive client service to HOA/community association and business clients
Qualifications:
JD and Arizona Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
0–3 years of experience in litigation, insurance defense, or creditors’ rights (training provided)
Strong legal writing and research skills
Interest in civil litigation, real estate, or community association law
Desire to learn and grow within a collaborative team
