Qualifications
Prior experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Proficiency in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and payroll
Ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service
Responsibilities
