The National Sales Manager (NSM) is responsible for leading and advancing the Company’s sales strategy across all Raycap Holdings brands. This executive-level position oversees multiple Branch Managers and their respective sales teams to ensure consistent achievement of revenue, margin, and growth objectives nationwide. The NSM develops and executes strategic sales plans that strengthen customer relationships, expand market share, and reinforce Raycap Holdings’ position as a leader in industrial distribution and supply chain solutions. This role requires a balance of visionary leadership and operational execution. The NSM will align district-level activities with corporate objectives, enhance sales process efficiency, and drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all brands. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the Company’s national sales strategy to achieve growth and margin objectives. Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers to drive accountability, skill-building, and team success. Translate company goals into actionable territory objectives, KPIs, and incentive plans. Oversee national account strategy, pricing, and major negotiations in collaboration with executive leadership. Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to guide strategic decisions and growth opportunities. Performance Management & Development Establish and monitor KPIs across all districts; evaluate results through structured business reviews. Support Branch Managers in developing high-performing, customer-centric sales teams. Reinforce a culture of continuous learning and coaching to strengthen field effectiveness. Identify high-potential talent and lead succession planning for key sales leadership roles. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization Ensure accuracy in forecasting, CRM management, and pipeline visibility across all districts. Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR to optimize processes, resource allocation, and compliance. Standardize reporting, sales process discipline, and territory management best practices. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to align sales enablement tools and campaigns. Cross-Functional & Executive Collaboration Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategic planning and decision-making. Partner with the CEO and executive peers to define pricing models, compensation strategies, and investment priorities. Collaborate across Raycap Holdings’ brands to leverage synergies and expand customer relationships. Represent the sales organization in executive briefings, board meetings, and industry events. Recruitment, Onboarding &Culture Partner with the Vice President of People & Talent to support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Branch Managers and senior sales professionals. Provide strategic input on sales talent needs and team development planning. Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth handoff from hiring to coaching and ongoing development. Promote a workplace culture grounded in integrity, accountability, teamwork, and customer focus. Qualifications & Experience

7+ years of progressive B2B or industrial sales leadership experience, including multi-district or regional oversight. Demonstrated success in driving sales strategy, team performance, and market expansion within the industrial, construction, or manufacturing supply sector. Deep industry knowledge with a strong understanding of products, market trends, and competitive landscape. Proven ability to analyze financial outcomes, pricing models, and margin performance. Experience with CRM and ERP systems; familiarity with P21, Badger, and Rippling preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field required; MBA preferred. Strategic and data-driven thinker with strong execution discipline. Inspirational leader skilled in mentoring and developing future sales leaders. Effective communicator capable of influencing at all levels of the organization. Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient under changing market conditions. Results-oriented with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement. Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Location: Dallas, TX is preferred; however, other major airline hubs will be considered. Regular travel, approximately 60%, is required to district offices, customer locations, and industry events. Must maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance meeting Company minimum coverage requirements. Ability to sit for extended periods, operate standard office equipment, and navigate warehouse or customer environments. Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs.) may be required.
