Job Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests, etc.
- Enter patient data accurately and timely.
- Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
- Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain patient and specimen logs.
- Deliver superior customer service to all patients.
- Complete administrative duties as required.
- Travel to additional sites when needed.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program; prior phlebotomist experience required.
- 1–2 years phlebotomy experience with all ages preferred.
- Track record of exceptional customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
