Responsible for office coverage, travel arrangements, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, answering and directing phone calls, event planning, managing files, and other duties as assigned.**JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS****Type: Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period****Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00p**Education:- High School diploma or equivalent- required- Bachelor's degree preferred.Certification & Licensures:N/AExperience: Three (3) to five (5) years of assistant experience required to perform the essential responsibilities of the job.
