We are seeking a highly analytical professional with deep expertise in behavioral data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation to optimize user experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large‑scale behavioral data to uncover actionable insights on user engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate product features, marketing strategies, and operational changes.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define hypotheses, develop experimentation roadmaps, and ensure rigorous test implementation.
  • Build dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Apply statistical methods and data science techniques to measure impact, validate results, and guide business strategy.
  • Continuously improve experimentation frameworks and best practices for rapid, reliable learning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in behavioral data analysis, preferably within fintech, e‑commerce, or consumer technology.
  • Hands‑on expertise with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong statistical analysis skills and familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive modeling and segmentation.
  • Prior work in fintech or financial services environments.

Compensation

$50‑$60/hour
