ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Marketing Data & Ad Ops Analyst to execute the day‑to‑day implementation and maintenance of our marketing data infrastructure. This highly technical, hands‑on role ensures that all tracking, tagging, and integrations are properly set up and running smoothly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set up and manage event tracking in Segment and Google Tag Manager.
- Configure and maintain GA4 properties, conversions, and cross‑domain tracking.
- Implement campaign tagging (UTMs, tracking templates) across all paid media channels.
- Ensure paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Native) are correctly integrated with our analytics and attribution tools.
- QA campaign pixels, conversions, and events before launch.
- Monitor and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies between platforms.
- Support the lifecycle team by passing required behavioral events and attributes into HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Ensure events are mapped correctly for segmentation, automation, and reporting.
- Perform regular audits of tracking infrastructure to ensure data quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tagging, tracking, and integration issues quickly.
- Document tracking setups and maintain clear records of event schemas.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in marketing/ad operations, marketing analytics, or marketing technology.
- Proficiency with Segment, GA4, GTM, and ad platform tracking (Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/lifecycle platforms.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills (debugging events, using Chrome DevTools, validating pixels).
- Experience with UTMs, pixels, and attribution basics.
- Highly detail‑oriented and comfortable working in fast‑paced, campaign‑driven environments.
NICE TO HAVE
- All paid media campaigns launch with accurate tracking and attribution.
- Segment and GA4 are configured correctly, feeding clean event data into downstream tools.
- Lifecycle team has reliable access to behavioral and conversion data.
- Tracking issues are identified and resolved quickly, with minimal downtime.
- Documentation ensures transparency and repeatability of all implementations.

- Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually
