Job Title: Marketing Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst
(title depends on years of experience).
The hourly commitment will be on average 20 hours / week with the potential to move to full-time eventually. Candidates in the Northeast United States will be given primary consideration for this role given the Company is based out of New York, NY.
High-level Overview
As a Marketing Data Analyst on our team, you will take the lead on performance reporting and insights across multiple clients and platforms - including GA4, Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360, and Bing Ads. You’ll build dashboards in Looker Studio, extract and analyze data, and help turn complex metrics into clear client recommendations.
This is a part-time freelance role (15-20 hours/week), ideal for a senior-level analyst who’s comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, and delivering consistently high-quality work.
What will you be engaged in day-to-day?
- Build and maintain interactive Looker Studio dashboards for internal and client use.
- Analyze campaign data across GA4, Google Ads, CM360, Bing Ads, and more.
- Deliver performance insights and recommendations based on data trends.
- Collaborate with account and media teams to support campaign optimization.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in data tracking, tagging, and reporting.
- Support regular and ad hoc reporting needs across client accounts.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
What will help you excel in this role?
- 4+ years in marketing analytics, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong proficiency with Looker Studio, GA4, Google Ads, and CM360. Google Analytics 4 certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience tracking, building, and delivering high-quality reports to clients on-time.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction. While collaboration and teamwork are also valued, being able to take the ball and “run with it” is important in this position.
- Excellent data storytelling and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of digital key performance indicators (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (ability to run pivot tables, VLookups and complex formulas).
- High attention to detail and a strong quality assurance (QA) mindset.
A.L.L.-GMS offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. This position’s salary range is $45 - $53/hour depending on experience.
