Immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Material Handler to support our Facility at Ryder in Naperville, IL.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1 year or more related warehouse/powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, good attendance
• Initiative, accuracy under pressure
• Lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Stand for long periods
• Follow health & safety methods
• Flexible schedule – various shifts
• Detail oriented, excellent follow‑up practices

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Accurate picking & packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading trucks
• Handle daily paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Provide technical & maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour of production
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Perform other duties as assigned
