About the Role
As a recruiter with District 72 you will fill the role of an Agency Development Manager. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to become Farmers Insurance agency owners and sales producers. You’ll be equipped with multiple recruiting resources and work as part of a team to ensure we bring in individuals who are eager to succeed in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and recruit candidates for agency ownership and sales positions.
- Build relationships with prospects, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit.
- Promote the benefits of joining Farmers Insurance and our district’s proven success model.
- Collaborate with our district team to meet and exceed agency development goals.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring activities.
- Assist new candidates with industry licensing training, navigating the licensing with regulatory agencies, and onboarding through the University of Farmers training platforms.
Qualifications
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, Property & Casualty and Accident, Life & Health insurance licenses. Licensing coursework provided at no cost.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving measurable results.
- Valid driver’s license.
Education needed...
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or in the process of obtaining), but not required.
