Recruiter Responsibilities
- Sourcing suitable candidates within the Biotech and Cell & Gene Therapy industry for live requirements
- Headhunt and ‘network’ in a positive manner, delivering a network of referrals and previously placed candidates
- Host monthly candidate networking evenings
- Join internal Business Development Executives on site visits to provide expert technical knowledge. Assist in preparation, delivery and follow up activities
- Assist in matters relating to tax and social costs, if contract placement is 1099 or W-2, depending on which state the contractor will be working in
- Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process to ensure that regardless of the outcome, all candidates experience a fantastic level of customer service
- Subsequent to the professional individual commencing their assignment with the client, recruiters are required to maintain an ongoing liaison, ensuring that any assignment related issues or problems are dealt with swiftly and effectively
- Identify new business opportunities to support business development. Recruiters are actively encouraged to proactively explore sales leads and undertake sales training
- Ensure that all relevant information is recorded within the Company’s CRM system as is completed in QCS Staffing UK
- Always represent and project the company image to an exceptional standard
