Overview Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to join our customer’s team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. This position will be 100% onsite at the company's facility in Fort Worth. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, outstanding communication skills, and experience utilizing Paycom's recruitment platform. This role will partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless execution of the recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
Effectively utilize Paycom's recruitment tools and features to streamline applicant tracking, candidate communications, and onboarding tasks.
Proactively source talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, referral programs, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings by fostering positive relationships with job seekers.
Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, clear expectations, and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Partner with HR and hiring managers to create and implement recruitment best practices and strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and employment laws to ensure compliance and innovation.
Perform other tasks as needed to support HR functions.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proficiency with Paycom recruitment tools and applicant tracking system required.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills across various roles and levels.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when necessary.
Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices related to recruitment.
