Responsibilities Conduct intake conversations with hiring managers and serve as a consultative partner to the hiring team, providing guidance on market trends across geographic locations, benchmarking data, and hiring and diversity trends. Research, source, attract, and contact candidates to develop a diverse pool of qualified applicants. Screen and submit candidate slates within an appropriate and consistent timeline. Create an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values. Build and maintain talent pipelines (internal and external) for future openings in the ATS. Provide proactive communication to the TA lead and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Integrate Diversity and Inclusion into the recruitment of top talent. Assist hiring managers with scheduling on-site and telephone interviews as needed. Close out candidates who aren’t selected in a timely fashion in Workday. Build partnerships and grow our employer brand with colleges/universities near our footprint and drive initiatives with HBCUs. Collaborate with the training and development team in NA and globally regarding talent selection within the graduate program and initiatives such as Sum It, STEM It, Sell It, etc. Ensure compliance throughout the application and onboarding process with diligent follow-through on all necessary documentation. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. At least 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience. Ability to effectively source passive candidates using multiple methodologies (social media, cold calling, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.). Knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selecting a broad, diverse population of applicants. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. Experience with Workday recruiting module is preferred. Knowledge of best hiring practices applicable to state and federal laws. Experience working in a global business environment is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
