Job Summary

Recruiter (Remote) at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc.

Compensation

Base pay range: $45,000 – $52,000 per year.

Additional salary information may be discussed with the recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Monitor requisitions within ATS, screen and interview applicants.
• Utilize dashboards and resume searches to source and interview candidates.
• Create profiles on hiring needs for locations in different markets.
• Assist with recruitment deficits in difficult markets throughout the US.
• Make recommendations to management regarding recruitment improvements needed.
• Meet with manager and provide analytical findings to improve overall success within talent acquisition.
• Perform additional functions, duties and tasks as may be required to achieve initiatives.
• Assist with applicant tracking system compliance and functions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years progressively responsible, related experience desired.
• Equivalent experience in lieu of degree may be considered.

• Excellent organizational, problem solving and writing skills with planning and project management skills.
• Clear, concise, persuasive communication.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing recruiting strategies to hire professionals.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective team member.
• Self-directed and capable of meeting multiple deadlines.

Working Conditions

Physical and mental demands include background, reference, psychological and controlled substance tests; ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently; computer usage; handling confidential information; regular talking and hearing; frequent sitting; occasional walking, reaching and kneeling; lifting up to 25 pounds.
