Description
As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Executive Recruiter facilitates best practices for all executive and leadership recruiting, staffing and supportive technology platforms. Responsible for the identification, qualification, interview and hire of various leadership job titles in corporate and key facility operations. Strong focus on Director and Executive level positions within facility and corporate functions. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and / or mentoring when necessary to field recruitment and HR professionals across the organization.
Essential Functions
1. Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Directors to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matches, and the qualifications needed to fill the role. Develop Position Specification Documents for positions that require more passive sourcing; and provide additional details for prospective candidates
2. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, advertising, assessments, and closing approaches.
3. Provide full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, phone interviewing, scheduling onsite and virtual interviews with hiring managers, negotiating pay and closing candidate leads.
4. Manage requisitions (including confidential), develop position descriptions, and track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system. Adhere to monthly, quarterly, and annual goals relative to successful fills, time to fill, etc., and generate and present weekly recruitment metrics reports to leadership, providing visibility into pipeline health and progress toward goals.
5. Develop and maintain an active network through contact with state and national professional associations, referrals, email campaigns, cold calls, and social media. Build networks to maintain relationships with potential candidates while maintaining a talent pipeline tracking system.
6. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal customers, including consistent check-ins, and ownership of fulfillment activities.
7. Ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and vendors on the recruiting process and pending needs.
8. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle and educate candidates about culture, benefits, and position expectations.
9. Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience preferred.
- Three plus years of experience in recruiting with at least a year recruiting leadership and / or executive roles. Experience in healthcare or related industry preferred.

- Proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment.
- Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches.
- Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
