Why This Role Matters

We’re hiring a Business Recruiter to help us scale the next generation of talent across sales, customer success, and operations. You’ll be the engine behind our growth — identifying, engaging, and closing top performers who thrive in high-velocity, builder environments.

You’ll own high-volume recruiting across critical GTM and business functions, partner directly with leadership on hiring strategy, and play a key role in shaping the future culture of RepRally as we scale from early traction to industry dominance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across sales, success, and operations — from sourcing and outreach to offer and close.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and founders to deeply understand role needs, team structure, and success profiles.
  • Build and manage robust candidate pipelines, ensuring smooth and high-touch experiences.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, outbound, and community channels.
  • Track funnel performance, hiring velocity, and candidate quality metrics to continuously optimize.
  • Represent RepRally’s brand in a competitive market — you’ll be one of the first people candidates meet.
  • Contribute to broader hiring process improvements, tooling, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally starting in an agency environment before moving in-house.
  • At least 1+ year of experience at a high-growth startup.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume business recruiting (sales, customer success, operations).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you can engage everyone from SDRs to senior execs.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Highly organized with a focus on execution, follow-through, and quality.
  • Passionate about building — you see recruiting as core to company creation, not just filling seats.
