About the Role
Are you passionate about people and processes? As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a positive employee experience from recruitment to retention. This dynamic position supports key HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee development. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and community outreach events.
Facilitate onboarding processes including back ground checks, reference verifications, and new hire orientation.
Benefits & Compliance
Guide employees through benefits enrollment and respond to coverage inquiries.
Administer benefit changes, terminations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
Training & Development
Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
Track and report on training completion, licensure, and certification requirements.
Support planning and logistics for new hire training, annual training, and other learning events.
HR Operations & Support
Respond to HR-related inquiries from staff and management.
Assist with HR reporting, file organization, and database maintenance.
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and administrative tasks.
️What You Bring
2+ yearsof HR experience in a generalist or similar role
2+ yearsworking with HRIS systems
1+ yearof full-cycle recruiting experience
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Bachelor’s Degreein Human Resources, Business, or related field
SHRM Certification(preferred or in progress)
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
