The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our 2 C‑Suite Executives and their leadership teams. This is a high‑impact role requiring exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, fast‑paced global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full executive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between C‑Suite and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Support preparation for Board and executive meetings, including document coordination, briefings, and follow‑up tracking.
- Anticipate and manage priorities to optimize time, balancing competing demands and deadlines.
- Coordinate Leadership Team meetings, offsites, and key global initiatives, including logistics, agendas, and action tracking.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain compliance with confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal, Communications, and other corporate functions to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Act as an ambassador for Neogen’s values and culture in all interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum 5–8 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a global or publicly traded organization.
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
