$25.00/hr – $36.00/hr

Shift times

Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Full‑time) – Pay $25 ‑ $32/hr.

Overnight Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM or 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM – Pay $29 ‑ $36/hr (includes $4 shift differential).

Position Responsibilities

• Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Load outbound trailers with Uline products for our customers.
• Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Support the team with a positive attitude every day.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frequent movement of packages weighing up to 50‑70 lbs.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment up to 30 feet in height.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Warehouse Management Trainee – Overnights

Full‑time hours: Sunday – Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM.

Pay: $32 ‑ $36/hr (includes $4 shift differential).

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• 18‑month rotational program across inbound, outbound, and supporting teams.
• Hands‑on training in all warehouse operations.
• Certification in forklift and warehouse equipment during rotations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fast‑paced learning ability, enthusiastic self‑motivated team player.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and detail orientation.
