Ready to make an impact? As a Trash Butler team member you will be the face of our nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection, playing an important role in the apartment communities we serve. We are looking for aspiring, energetic individuals eager to contribute, offering a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent doorstep valet trash services. No prior experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need to excel.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $1,600 per month, paid semi‑monthly.
• Incentive Programs, including Employee Referral, Performance Incentive Bonus, Sales Lead Referral, and Next Day Pay.
• Work schedule: Sunday through Thursday evenings, 7:00 pm (sharp) to finished (approximately 2‑3 hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Use Trash Butler's field app for efficient timekeeping, check‑in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash to the designated dumpster/chute on site.
• Maintain daily contact with the supervisor/manager to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently, minimizing noise to avoid disturbance to residents.
• Adhere to the company's core values and undertake any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Lift up to 25 lbs and use hands and arms repeatedly.
• Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions.
• Own an open‑bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver on the insurance.
• Have a cell phone to download and use the company’s app.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
• Work efficiently without sacrificing the quality of service.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
